We were commissioned by Wingo to develop a cellphone accessory similar to their iPad cases; inspired by the difficulty people with arthritis and other medical conditions go through while using technology. This case reduces pain from extensive use and creates a way to hold the iPad without having to grip it. When the wings are open, the negative space allows for the other fingers to nest while holding the iPad upright. Wingo can be used in both portrait and landscape orientations. The wings also double as kickstands with unlimited positioning. This case is a more ergonomic option for anyone who experiences hand and wrist strain while using an iPad.
